No-Fault Coverage

Repairs or replacement work on qualifying failed or failing restorations will be covered no matter how it happened!

No-Cost Coverage

Repair or Replacement of dental work is covered up to the cost of the original restoration.

Limited 10-Year Coverage

  • First 5 years after the completion of the original work
    • No questions asked! Any and all work is covered at 100%
  • 5-6 years after the completion of the original work
    • The patient may be responsible for 20% of the cost of the original restoration for repairs or replacement out-of-pocket.
  • 6-7 years after the completion of the original work
    • The patient may be responsible for 40% of the cost of the original restoration for repairs or replacement out-of-pocket.
  • 7-8 years after the completion of the original work
    • The patient may be responsible for 60% of the cost of the original restoration for repairs or replacement out-of-pocket.
  • 8-9 years after the completion of the original work
    • The patient may be responsible for 80% of the cost of the original restoration for repairs or replacement out-of-pocket.
  • 9-10 years after the completion of the original work
    • The patient may be responsible for 100% of the cost of the original restoration for repairs or replacement out-of-pocket.

Patient Responsibility

To keep the dental warranty in force, the patient must maintain regular hygiene appointments as their dentist prescribes to ensure oral health and continuing care.

In addition, patients need to follow the daily hygiene routine recommended to help their dental work last as long as possible.
